Day 1: Smart home market dynamics (Pre-recorded)

• How to architect systems that remain functional during network disruptions and handle recovery automatically.

• Blueprint from the first client discovery call to the final system handover. How to manage projects without losing yourself in the details.

Technical prerequisites:

• No prior smart home experience is required, but a basic understanding of IT networking (IP addresses, local networks) or an engineering mindset is a plus.
